The Privacy Policy of NetVentures Unlimited, Inc. is based on the Privacy Policy guidelines of the Better Business Bureau. This policy is our corporate policy and applies to all Internet sites under our corporate administration.

Our Commitment to Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Credit Card and other purchase information is collected by our payment processor utilizing 128-bit Secure Socket Layer encrypted technology. This is the same technology used by online banking institutions. The NetVentures Unlimited, Inc. staff does not see your actual purchase information. We receive notice from our payment processor that you have paid and product delivery information.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we maintain about you. You also have the right to make changes to said information.

Our Use of Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Example: shipments requiring your name and address will require us to furnish that information to the shipper.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our websites if you would like to receive our newsletters as well as updates on our new products and services. We maintain an affiliate marketing program for which interested individual may register. Information you submit on our website will not be used for either of these programs unless you fill out the appropriate registration form.

We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area of our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. This is the same basic guideline utilized by the medical profession in accordance with the Health Insurance Privacy and Portability Act, effective April 15, 2003.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Commitment to Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. Young persons under the age of 18 are hereby instructed to have their parents or guardians request information in the parent's name.
